The Safest Investment

Infrared sauna companies are notorious for going out of business and for unsubstantiated claims, so how do you protect yourself?

First, only trust a company that offers a 30-day money-back guarantee without a restocking fee (read the fine print!) If they don’t believe in their product, why should you? If they do not have much contact information, that should be a big red flag.

Second, no appliance lasts forever and, like the cheap DVD player you bought last Winter that is already dead and gone, a poor choice in saunas today can quickly become tomorrow’s useless waste of space. A warranty on an appliance such as this is necessary, but only of any value when it is provided by a company that can and will honor it. All too common are stories of sauna companies (we hear them all) that are out of business, or tell you that they no longer work with that manufacturer and that you are on your own. Choose a sauna from a reputable company and one that has been in business a long time – they will make design choices for reliability and not give you the run around when you need something.
